Yeah crit next Monday, and Madoka Magica stuff needed to be done for CF.

I keep forgetting how meaty a hand is supposed to be sometimes. Oh and Se7en.

I'm figuring what to put where and what is in the room. I'm just short of drawing room elevations, which is just no. O and that is one ugly bed.

Since I already had fun turning this blog into something sort of fanciful, I'm reconsidering a minimalist revamp after this.

Week 29-I frown when I draw

I've noticed lately I preferred the drawing canvas to be on my lap. I used to be a compulsory flat surface user, unless it's on-site sketching. And I'm not fond of that.

And that's part of my room drawn from memory. Huh.

Screw perspective.

But it's underneath all those things...

That's it, I'm moving the scanner/printer into my room.

Book Raving

Eleven books, all total costs RM230, though five of them are from the 70% bargain bin:3 ( One’s at Ammar, remind me later; that Japanese Detective Essays.)

And now I'm thinking, Where can I find the space to put all of these in?

And yet I am still thinking about that book that was already in someone's hand (The History of Hindu Mythology or something).

Emmmmm...

Agh the dreaded human contact/interaction to people-I-know-they-have-better-things-to-do-than-listen-to-me-whine-about-their-support-so-I-continue-to-master degree.

Also thanks to the giant display screen, my workspace is where my bros hangout during his sem break (to play DOTA lah what else. main game lain ok la gak).
Menyibuk je masa orang nak buat keje drawing. You can tell this is where I spend my late nights doing office drawings and personal drawings and goofing off at the internet.

And right next to my little comfy bed.....oookayyy if I ever get a chance to have a home office I need to hide the bed and put it as far away from my workspace.

Giler best ada extended dual screen. But just one problem. I don't know which screen is the 'true' display in colour O___o Mind telling me what you can see there.

Going Mucha style for the background, cos I've never properly tried Mucha style before this. And I guess this is good practice to design backgrounds, as I have always kinda suck at it.

DAY 19

A doodle last night. Was funXD I'm loving these sketches doodlyness.
Was rather stiff while drawing the left guy but loosen up when I got to the second guy.

The previous drawings were in my sketchbooks and I'm not bothered enough to take a picture or scan them. Later lah.

Experimenting with the header. Needs reconfiguring later. I going to sleep now argh to eff that bungalow and shoplot!

Mmmm, pretty.

Took an old lineart and coloured it flat japanese style. I guess it would look good on an elaborate lineart.
Which reminds me I'm missing my pens :(

When you're lazy to do backgrounds just use those default brushes in photoshopXD I liked the rugged inking effect due to the scanning, need to know how to duplicate that with the brushes.

Gaaaahhhh I don't know why I always screw up my symmetry! Meh might as well work on my colour composition for now.

This is the last of my artlines that were inked beautifully. I need to draw more inked stuff.

while it's my place to sit at my table to draw and write and type day and night.

I like doing those anyway. No need to talk to scary strangers.

 It is rather lonely though.

Travelling sounds exciting but the fun versus the hardships is overrated mostly.

Sometimes, I suppose. Sometimes.

Alas, this sight is no more. But good things come from it.
